To buy in our online store you only have to choose the treatment you want to purchase in Gift Voucher format, add it to the basket, fill in all the information, as well as indicate the recipient’s information , the delivery method (If you prefer the gift voucher in pdf format and receive it directly in your email or if you prefer in box format and receive it physically by mail) and process the order, using the payment method you prefer.< /p>
To make purchases in our online store or access certain services, you must register your personal data and choose a password that will allow you to access all those areas that require prior identification. This will prevent you from having to fill them out again in the future. The delivery of the “Gift Box” ranges between 24 and 48 hours, as long as the customer is at home at the time of delivery. -Online delivery: Once payment for the order is confirmed, a digital gift voucher in PDF format is automatically sent to the email address provided. – With PayPal account (This option may delay delivery times until payment has been formalized).
– By credit card through the secure PayPal website or the Servired payment gateway.
– Bank Transfer. We will attach the information where you must make the bank transfer and subsequently send us the receipt by e-mail.
7. BILLING AND CHARGE DOCUMENT
Once payment for the gift voucher order has been received, the corresponding charging document is issued and sent to the communicated email.
The corresponding invoice can be issued on the day the gift voucher is redeemed. If you want to request an invoice by mail, you must send us an e-mail with this request indicating the gift voucher number to the email thaialura@gmail.com
8. CONDITIONS OF USE OF GIFT CHECKS
1- RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

As a guarantee of your reservation, at the time of making your reservation, you will be requested to communicate the number of your gift voucher.
On the day of their appointment, the client must present the gift voucher received. The gift voucher is considered a form of payment. Without the presentation of this gift voucher, said gift voucher cannot be used and redeemed.
To make a modification or cancellation of a reservation, it is required to notify at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours for group reservations of more than 4 people). Otherwise, the gift voucher would be considered consumed.
2- VALIDITY OF THE GIFT CHECK
The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, the gift voucher loses its value.
Gift voucher refunds are not accepted under any circumstances, the treatment can be modified or another product purchased as long as the conditions indicated in the following section are respected.
3- AMOUNT OF THE GIFT CHECK
The gift voucher is always considered an amount for Thai Spa Massage Barcelona treatments. If the beneficiary wants to modify or extend the treatment or Ritual included in their gift voucher, they can do so by notifying us at the time of making the reservation.
– If you opt for a treatment with a value greater than the amount of the gift voucher, the corresponding difference must be paid on the day of your appointment.
– In the case of opting for a treatment with a value lower than the amount of the gift voucher, the difference will remain pending redemption, always during the validity period of your gift voucher. From said check, the value in euros of the treatment to be performed will be deducted, not the duration in minutes, therefore, the pending balance will be saved as a value in euros and not in time.
4- LOSS OF YOUR GIFT CHECK
The gift voucher received has a value. In the event of loss, another gift voucher cannot be issued and therefore cannot be redeemed.
9. SECURITY WHEN MAKING YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE
