Choose to take time for yourself. Enjoy the time of the experience you have booked. We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before your experience so that you can choose the treatment you want with the expert explanations of our receptionist team and talk to the masseuse who will treat you. They will inform you about the treatment and you can let her know your preferences or any medical indications that we should be aware of.
You will also be able to communicate with our masseuses during the treatment about the fragrance, the temperature, the volume of the music, the pressure, your sensations… so that the experience is totally perfect and adapted to your needs.
HEALTH
It is important that you inform us of any allergies, intolerances or injuries you may have, so that we can advise you on the treatment to be carried out. At Thai Spa Massage we comply with all government health regulations as well as those necessary for the prevention of Covid-19.
We have special treatments for the wonderful time of pregnancy. Please give us all the information about your gestation period so that we can offer you the most suitable treatment.

WE WANT TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. MINIMUM AGE
To enjoy this, experience the minimum age is 16 years old and minors must have parental consent. Children under the age of 16 can have massages or treatments always accompanied by a parent and in a couple’s room. It is very important for us to know if there are allergies to any type of oil or injuries in order to adapt the treatment. Thai Spa Barcelona cannot be held responsible for any reactions, allergies or injuries suffered prior to the treatment or of which we have not been previously informed.
SCHEDULE
Monday to Sunday from 11:00 h to 21:00 h uninterruptedly both at the Passeig de Gràcia 100 Center and at the Alura Center in C/ Joan Güell 236.
RESERVATIONS
For everything to be ready when you arrive, we always recommend booking as soon as possible, so that everything will be ready when we receive you and you can enjoy your experience on the day and time you prefer. We give a 15-minute courtesy time to get to the booking, this will be cancelled if we don’t hear from you, but if you let us know we will be waiting for you when you arrive. If you do not arrive on time and behind your booking is another client’s booking, we will be forced to cut your treatment time.
CANCELLATIONS
If you have any problems, we would be grateful if you could cancel your booking 24 hours in advance to make it easier for us to manage other bookings.

WE THINK OF YOU. APPROPRIATE CLOTHING
We provide you with the most suitable clothing for your comfort and privacy: we have towels, slippers, and disposable underwear, as well as cotton trousers and T-shirts for traditional Thai massages. You will have what you need for the treatment you are going to receive. You do not have to worry about bringing anything with you.

Our Gift Cards are the best way to surprise someone special, giving them the opportunity to enjoy our treatment or massage experiences. We can advise you on the choice of treatment and give you all the information you need to find the perfect gift. We also have special Gift Boxes that we will deliver by Glovo to any part of Barcelona city.
RETURNS
The Gift Box or Gift Card can be exchanged for another treatment or massage of equal value within 15 days of purchase, but under no circumstances will a refund be given.
