Choose to spend time with yourself. Enjoy the time of the experience that you have reserved. We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before your experience so that you can choose the treatment you want with the expert explanations of our manager and talk to the masseuses who will be providing you the treatment. She will inform you about the treatment and you can communicate your preferences or any medical indication that we should know.
You will also be able to communicate with her during the treatment about the aroma, the temperature, the volume of the music, the pressure and the sensations. This way we can make sure that the experience is totally perfect.
HEALTH
It is important that you inform us with your possible allergies, intolerances or injuries you may have so that we can advise you with the right treatment to be carried out. At Thai Spa Massage we comply with all Government regulations for the prevention of Covid-19. As long as the contrary is not decreed, throughout the treatment, both the therapist and the client must wear a mask. Also, upon arriving of our guests, herbal tea is being served.
We have special treatments for the wonderful moment of pregnancy. Please give us all the information about the expecting period in order to offer you the most appropriate treatment.

WE WANT TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. MINIMUM AGE To enjoy this experience, the minimum age is 16 years old and minors must have the consent of their parents. In case of pregnancy, we recommend informing the therapist of your time of gestation before performing the treatment. It is very important for us to know if there are intolerances, allergies or injuries in order to adapt the treatment. Thai Spa Massage is not responsible for reactions, allergies or injuries suffered prior to treatment.

BOOKINGS So that everything is ready when you arrive, we always recommend making the reservation as soon as possible, so everything will be ready when we receive you and you can enjoy your experience on the day and time you prefer. We give 15 minutes of courtesy to arrive at the reservation and this will be cancelled if we do not hear from you, but if you notify us, we will be waiting for you when you arrive. If you do not arrive on time and behind your reservation there is another client, we will be forced to cut the time of your treatment.
CANCELLATIONS
If you have any setbacks, we would appreciate it if you could cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance to facilitate the management of other reservations.
After booking with a Gift Card or Gift Box, in the event of cancellation after the established period (24 hours in advance), the Gift Card or Box will be cancelled.

WE THINK ABOUT YOU. APPROPIATE CLOTHES We provide you with the most suitable clothing for your comfort and privacy. We have towels, slippers and disposable underwear. You will have what you need for the treatment you are going to receive.
GIVE AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE Our Gift Cards are the best way to surprise someone special, giving the opportunity to enjoy our experiences of treatments or massages. We can advise you on the choice of treatment and give you all the information you need to find the perfect gift. We also have special Gift Boxes that we will send you through “Glovo”.
RETURNS The Gift Box or Gift Card can be exchanged for another treatment or massage of the same amount during the first 15 days from the purchase but in no case will the money be returned.
INFORMATION OF INTEREST PAYMENT METHODS Thai Spa Barcelona accepts payment in cash and mostly credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Amex. You can also buy Cards or Gift Boxes by paying through bank transfer, PayPal or Bizum.
